policy on exchanges/returns:
As long as your bag is brand new, i.e. can be resold as a new bag, you may
exchange your purchase or receive a "store credit" of equal value.
Exchanges do incur a reshipping charge. "Store Credits" must be
used within one year of date issued. Either one requires a copy of your receipt
and must be done within 30 days of purchase. There are NO REFUNDS nor any
exchanges on sale bags, discontinued styles/colors, or special orders.
